Paneer orVegtable Biryani
Ingredient's

Rice-1 cup Sona masoori rice or basmati rice (serves family of 3 )

Mint- 2 stems

Green chilles-2

Gloves-3

Cinnamon stick's-1

Stone flower-2

Cardamon-3

Cumin seeds-1 tsp

Cashew nuts- 10 g
-
Fresh peas- small cup
-
Lime-one
-
Fresh Paneer(225 grams)one block(optional)

Carrots-2(diced into small cubes)
-
potatoes-medium size 5
-
Fresh beans-4 or 5
-
Yogurt-3tsp
-
Salt-2tsp
-
Biryani masala power -2tsp. any biryani power is ok to use. its your personal choice

Onion-1 chopped into thin slices

Ginger & garlic paste-2tsp
-
Fresh garlic-2 cloves chopped into small pieces

Water-for one cup of rice you need two cups of water or two cups of rice you need 4 cups of water .

Bay leaves-2

Olive oil-4 to 5tbsp
-
Ghee-1tsp

Starenis-2

Black cardamon-2
-
Coriander powder-2tsp
-
Turmeric-1tsp
-
Chilli powder-1 tsp

Coriander leaves -to garnish
Ingredients
Method;

First wash and soak the rice in 3/5 cups of water and soak it for one hour.

Wash and cut the paneer into medium size put in a bowl now marinate paneer for few 5 to 10 minutes by adding 3tsp of yogurt ,pinch of salt ,chilli powder, pinch turmeric ,ginger, garlic paste half a teaspoon, garam masala pinch, black pepper pinch mix well and keep it on side .if you want to use boiled eggs .marinate it same like paneer and keep it in fridge until you need it.

Take a big wide size sauce pan.

Heat the olive oil in medium heat.

Wash all the vegetables ,cut into small pieces .

Now add mint, cardamom, cinnamon, gloves,stone flower, green chillies, cashew nuts, onion, bay leaves, starenis, black cardamom, garlic, mix them all well for two to three minutes.

Add fresh peas ,carrots, beans, ginger & garlic paste ,biryani masala, salt, turmeric,chilli powder coriander power ,lime juice, mix well until for 5 to 10 minutes.

Add marinated paneer mix together well and cook it 15 minutes in low heat with lid on.

Wait until all the yogurt is been absorb .

Next add soaked rice with water into the vegetable mix well for 5 minutes

Put the lid on with low heat for 30 minutes.

You can also add cauliflower and any of your own liking vegetables.

Check the rice is cooked nicely and giving you nice fragrance when you open the lid. switch of the heat .garnish with coriander
