Peanut Pachadi(chutney)
(Palli Pachadi)
Ingredients:

Peanuts-with skin 50 grams
-
Sunflower oil-4 tbsp
-
Garlic cloves-2
-
Green chillies-2
-
Dry red chillies-2
-
Jaggery-1tsp
-
Tamarind -1tsp
-
Coriander-2 stems
-
Curry leaves-2 stems
-
Chana daal-1tsp
-
Cumin seeds-1tsp
-
Mustard seeds-1tsp

Method:

Heat the non-stick frying pan with medium flame .once the pan is heated .Add in oil when you think oil is ready.

Add in cumin seeds, chana daal, mustard seeds, curry leaves mix well .

Now add peanuts ,dry red chillies, salt , jaggery ,coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, tamarind mix all together until peanuts are nicely fry .switch of the flame.

Once the mix is cool .blend all together into a smooth paste in a blender slowly adding bit of water so the blender will move freely.

Take it into a serving bowl keep it on side .

(Talipu) Now heat a small frying pan with medium flame adding in one tsp of oil. once the oil is ready . Add in few cumin seeds, few mustard seeds, one dry red chilli, few curry leaves remember to tear for curry leaves to release the aroma ,grated garlic mix well until you can smell nice aroma .switch of the flame .

Add this mix into the pachadi(chutney) .it will look divine .take a lovely photos and mix well .your amazing looking and tasty peanut pachadi is ready for you to enjoy with plain rice or goes well with lots of south Indian breakfast (tiffin)
Its a very tasty and famous pachadi in lots of south Indian homes .we will have with plain rice or with Indian tiffins(breakfast) every morning like dosa, upma ,idli, vada so yummy specially when my mother makes it back home .
