Sweet Indian Mango Lassi with pistachio powder

Ingredients :
  • Sweet ripe mango chunks one or two packs -250g
  • Plain yogurt pot-125 ml roughly four tbsp of yogurt
  • Semi skimmed milk-125 ml
  • White Sugar or brown-1 to 2 tbsp
  • Green Cardamom powder-half a tsp
  • Freshly blended Pistachio powder-2 to 3 tsp
  • Mint leaves-for garnishing 
  • Fresh red Rose flower - for garnishing 
  • Water-10 ml
  • Blender to make lassi

Method:
  1. Take a blender add in ripe sweet mango chunks .
  2. Next add in plain yogurt ,small cup of milk, sugar, cardamom powder water.
  3. Blend altogether well in a blender for 5 to 6 minutes .
  4. If you think its too thick you can add bit more water .
  5. Once its ready taste it if you need to add one more tsp of sugar .
  6. Remove it into a nice glass and garnish with fresh rose petals, sprinkle bit of pistachio powder and a mint leave in the centre enjoy the amazing tasting lassi .If you want to keep it in the fridge for 10 minutes to cool . 
  7. Delicious drink to have it cold in summer.
  8. Enjoy the divine looking sweet lassi with your loving family and friends .
