Simply tasty Egg puttu

Ingredients
-
Fresh eggs-4,or you can make it with paneer or potato's
-
Olive oil-4tbsp
-
Onions-2
-
Curry leaves-2 stem
-
Cumin seeds-1tsp
-
Custard seeds-1tsp
-
Ginger and garlic paste-1tsp
-
Chilli power-1tsp
-
Turmeric-1tsp
-
Salt-1tsp
-
Coriander power-1tsp
-
Garam masala-1tsp
-
Coriander -2 stems for garish

Method;
-
Chop the onions, coriander, garlic ,mint, into small pieces.

Heat the medium size non- stick frying pan in medium flame.

When the pan is heated add in oil.

Now add cumin ,mustard seeds fry for a minute.

Add chopped onion fry for few minutes ,add ginger, garlic paste fry for 10 minutes .

Add turmeric, chilli power, salt ,coriander power mix it well.

Break eggs into a bowl mix it well and add them into the pan
-
Keep mixing well until eggs are fully cooked .
-
Switch off the heat.

Garish with coriander leaves .

Enjoy simple tasting egg puttu with fresh peas pulao rice or with hot plan rice or with hot home made chapati's .taste simply delicious
My both sweet children love this dish and learnt to cook as they first cooking dish long time ago .I feel so proud to see them both being a wonderful cooks now .
